The three co-founders are supported by a team exclusively made of communication and digital specialists such as talent acquisition managers, senior consultants and a network of business partners.
It is with advertisers that Thomas made his first steps when newly graduated from a business school, as head of communication and operational marketing within the retail chain Surcouf. He was then approached by a recruitment firm to launch a division dedicated to jobs in communication and digital. He held this role for several years as a manager, before crossing the path of one of his future partners, Régis, to embark on the Mushroom adventure. As the sporty Mushroom, he finds his balance in achievement and sweat! Also of the optimistic kind, he likes to share moments of relaxation with friends and explore the most exotic destinations of the world.
Having freshly graduated from Montpellier Business School, he got involved for several years in operational positions in communication agencies and advertisers. He was then spotted by a parisian recruitment agency, to expand the “sales, marketing and communication” division of this company. He then met Thomas and the idea of Mushroom began to sprout. Roadtrip enthusiast who loves to discover the world, he has a keen eye sharpened through the practice of photography. Also as a good sportsman, he loves spending his free time between jogging records and rowing trips!
