Her approach combines listening, diagnosis of human and operational issues, and hands-on support for organisations. She helps teams clarify roles, streamline ways of working, strengthen cooperation and reach lasting decisions.

Drawing on her long-standing expertise in communications, marketing, digital and business development, Elisa also supports Mushroom’s clients with recruitment, assessment and talent development.

Thomas supports companies with strategic recruitment, executive search and talent management consulting. He mainly handles middle and senior management hires, with recognised expertise in luxury, beauty, events, communications and the creative industries.
